Order Processing

 

All orders placed are processed within 48 - 72 hours provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.  Customers will be contacted if further information is needed.  In doing so, your processing time may exceed our standard time. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Out of Stock and Back Orders

Under rare and unusual circumstances insufficient inventory conditions are unavoidable; although we are committed to doing our best in preventing this from happening, in some periods the inventory on hand is not sufficient to complete an order. If this is the case, items purchased will be back ordered and shipped once inventory levels have been corrected usually within a 3 to 5 days, should you not choose to wait your order will be cancelled. Unless you are notified of a back ordered item, your order will ship accordingly.

 

Changes and Cancellations

No changes can be made after an order is placed.   Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.  We are not responsible for mistakes or errors in your order.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. We are currently offering free shipping on all of our products. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, We will not have any control over the package; Therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. Tracking Your Order

We send tracking numbers for all orders placed to all customers once order ships via email.
