A NOTE ABOUT HOLIDAY SHIPPING


Due to severe weather in certain areas, some shipments may be delayed as UPS balances their priorities of employee safety and customer service. UPS is committed to making deliveries as quickly as possible, with plans to speed up transportation and minimize service disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

Order Processing

 

All orders placed are processed within 4-5 business days provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.  Customers will be contacted if further information is needed.  In doing so, your processing time may exceed our standard time. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. Also orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next following business day.

 

We understand that some customers may need their orders sooner and can not wait the 4-5 business days that it take to process the order. If this is the case, please call our office to acquire about expediating the processing of your order. In some cases we can accomodate you. Thanks

 

Out of Stock and Back Orders

Under rare and unusual circumstances insufficient inventory conditions are unavoidable; although we are committed to doing our best in preventing this from happening, in some periods the inventory on hand is not sufficient to complete an order. If this is the case, items purchased will be back ordered and shipped once inventory levels have been corrected usually within a 2 to 3 days, should you not choose to wait your order will be cancelled. Unless you are notified of a back ordered item, your order will ship accordingly.

 

Changes and Cancellations

No changes can be made after an order is placed.   Please make sure to review your order carefully before checking out.  We are not responsible for mistakes or errors in your order.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. USPS priority mail guarantees a shipping delivery time of 2-3 days. We are currently offering free shipping on all of our products over $400.00. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, We will not have any control over the package; Therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. We do accept International orders as of November 2011. We ship all international orders Express Mail via USPS. There is an additional fee of $28.00 for international shipping.

 

As of November 11th, 2011 billing and shipping information must match. We are no longer shipping products to addresses that does not match the billing address.

 

Tracking Your Order

We send tracking numbers for all orders placed to all customers once order ships via email.

 

Gift Certificates

If you purchased a gift certicate, you will receive the gift certificate code via email so you can utilize it right away. The actual gift certificate will also be mailed to you via USPS. Gift certifcates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
